Duties:
The Clinical Team Leader designs and supervises a safe environment and positive residential treatment program. This is a Psychiatric Community Home level of care program. Establishes and maintains a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of the Agency. Meets all administrative, legal and program requirements as mandated by all operating contracts including, but not limited to DCPP and COA. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of a resident’s treatment program along and provides individual, family and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with the other treatment team members.
Education/Experience:
Master’s Degree in social work or counseling. License required, (LSW/LAC) and within two years of LCSW, three years for LPC. LCSW/LPC preferred.
