Services

Legacy’s mission of supporting individuals from surviving to thriving is the cornerstone for providing state-of-the-art services and best practices in multiple levels of care. This continuum of care provides continuity and stability in our wide range of expert services. Since we respond to children, youth and adults who have a variety of complex needs, we ensure that our multidisciplinary staff is well-trained and mission-driven. Our programs are individualized, strength-based and trauma-informed. They include:

Integrated Care Clinic

The Integrated Care Clinic is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) that provides evaluation services, outpatient therapy and medication management services, case management services, and peer support services.

Adult Community Support Services & PATH

Legacy provides housing assistance with case management services for adult individuals diagnosed with mental illness, those at risk of homelessness, and independent living for adults with DD (Developmental Disabilities).

School Based Youth Services Program

The School-Based Youth Services Program provides an array of free services to help students navigate their time in high school while simultaneously gaining skills that help lead to graduation and employment or continuing education.

NJ Statewide Student Support Services (NJ4S) Burlington County

NJ4S Burlington County will deliver, manage, or coordinate the delivery of tiered services to specific school communities based on identified needs and eligibility.

New Jersey Crisis Intervention Training (CIT)

Legacy’s CIT program is instrumental in establishing and overseeing county specific steering committees and expanding CIT to new areas within the state. The program ensures each county operates their CIT program at the high level established through best practices.

Legacy Telehealth

The Outpatient Department offers mental health and behavioral health treatment, as well as substance abuse treatment for anyone who is experiencing issues in these areas and could benefit from treatment in an outpatient or telehealth setting.

Healthcare Worker and Frontline Responder Hotline

Legacy Treatment Services has a dedicated hotline focused on the well-being of healthcare and frontline responders. Personalized care is private, confidential and flexible to meet your specific needs along with your loved ones or colleagues.

Outpatient Mental Health Services Including Telehealth

The Outpatient Department offers mental health treatment for anyone who is experiencing mental health issues and could benefit from treatment in an outpatient or telehealth setting.

Community Treatment Solutions (CTS)

CTS specializes in working with youth who are at risk for out of community placement.

Crisis Intervention

Legacy provides compassionate and responsive crisis intervention services in multiple locations for children, families and adults.

Outpatient Addiction Treatment Services

The Outpatient Department offers mental health treatment for anyone who is experiencing addiction and could benefit from treatment in an outpatient setting.

Developmental & Intellectual Disability Services

Legacy provides services for children, youth and adults who are intellectually delayed and disabled.

Out-of-Home Care for Children and Youth

Legacy offers out-of-home care in a variety of settings throughout N.J., with a goal of reunification whenever possible.

Residential Housing for Adults and Children

Legacy provides housing and treatment for mentally ill adults and case management for mentally ill adults who are homeless or at risk of being homeless.

Prevention Services

Legacy’s prevention programs include education and support designed to address issues before they escalate to a crisis situation.

Education

At Legacy, we recognize that education is an important component to every child’s overall well-being.

Anxiety & Depression

Legacy provides evidence-based treatment for anxiety and depression close to home. Our highly-trained and compassionate therapists will work to address underlying issues and find the root cause of anxiety and depression.

Outpatient Opiate Treatment

Legacy provides the latest ambulatory care and therapy services to help those who have been affected by the opioid crisis.

Outpatient Alcoholism Treatment

Legacy Treatment Services is committed to helping you or your loved one identify underlying causes of alcoholism and build a plan to help someone suffering face triggers with strength and resolve.

ADHD Treatment

Legacy makes it simple for adults and parents with children who suffer from ADHD. Our in-house services remove the need for disjointed treatments at multiple locations; we offer stellar, client-centered care, all within the Legacy family of services.
