STEPS (Supporting Teen Empowerment & Personal Success) is an afterschool, community-based program that serves teens ages 11-17, providing a unique mix of social/emotional learning, recreation, and academic support on a year-round basis.
STEPS aims to help youth build resilience, confidence, and essential life skills in a safe and supportive environment. Through mentorship, hands-on projects, and skill-building workshops, teens are equipped with the tools they need to succeed both academically and personally. The program fosters emotional well-being and personal growth while addressing the challenges young people face today.
Through the offering of a dynamic space for learning, self-discovery, and community engagement, the STEPS Program is empowering Burlington County’s youth to ‘walk’ confidently towards a brighter future.
